We have a7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may visit our Returns Center at https://coziest.co/a/return-and-exchange to process your exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND PRODUCT ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
DAMAGED ITEM UPON RECEIVING THE PACKAGE All items are thoroughly checked before shipping to guarantee high quality. Upon receiving your order, please inspect and contact us right away at coziestcompany@gmail.com if you encounter any damaged item(s) or if the wrong size or item was sent. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items so we can resolve the issue. Please be aware that we are not liable for damage resulting from normal wear.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES We accept exchanges for size only, subject to availability of the requested size. Exchanges of change of design, color, or item are strictly not allowed.
